The nature of ICJS

ICJS is an advocacy organisation concerned with publicising and promoting discussion of certain current issues. Our focus is on matters concerning but not restricted to justice, racism, terrorism.

What kind of information does ICJS collect?

The information about you which we may collect through the website includes:
information collected when you subscribe to our newsletters (for instance, this may include personal information such as your name and email address);
the content of electronic forms you submit via the website,
any messages or comments you submit to us via the website, eg through an email or 'Contact ICJS' form; and information collected when you participate in an online survey from time to time.

How does ICJS use your information?

We use your information to enable us to deliver content to you, either by email, or on the ICJS website. We will send you emails from time to time and we may contact you by phone or email if we need to. With your permission, we may also email you our monthly news/opinion compilation. In addition, we may collect data to assess reaction to our emails and website that we rely on, to improve the service we offer.

We will not sell or pass on your details to any business.

Does ICJS share your information with third parties?

We do not share personal your information with other organisations in any way whatsoever. We do however, disclose your email address to another individual for the purposes of normal interaction. ICJS does not do this often, and it is always done on a one to one basis. Ie one email address is disclosed to one single person for one particular purpose. A typical example might be that one of our subscribers wants to ask another of our subscribers to contribute to an article, or to speak in some forum.

If we ever pass information to you from a third party we do NOT disclose any of your details to such third party.

How do I access and update my personal information?

We strive to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date. Should you wish to access, update or modify your personal information profile including contact no and billing information please contact us.
